Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative exercise between a therapist and a client that focuses on your personal challenges, feelings, and behaviours. It’s an introspective journey where you are guided to explore your thoughts and emotions, identify areas of concern, and develop strategies to manage and overcome difficulties.
Our approach integrates various psychological methods tailored to suit your needs, ensuring every session contributes to your personal growth and healing.
Play Therapy (5+)
Play therapy is a therapeutic approach specifically developed to help children aged 6 and older explore their lives and freely express repressed thoughts and emotions through play. The method uses the therapeutic powers of play to help children resolve psychological difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development.
Play therapy can include using toys, blocks, dolls, art materials, music, and games to facilitate the expression of feelings and problems.

Couples/Marital Therapy
Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a clinical or counselling psychologist works with couples to help them improve their relationship. It involves both partners in a committed relationship who seek to resolve conflicts, understand each other better, and rebuild their emotional connection. Our practice uses various therapeutic methods to address couples’ unique challenges.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy involving one or more therapists working with several individuals simultaneously. This type of therapy is beneficial for individuals who seek support from peers and can learn from the experiences of others in a structured setting.
Our practice carefully manages group therapy sessions to foster a safe and confidential environment where all members can contribute and benefit.

Psycho-Educational Assessments
Psycho-educational assessments are structured evaluations that analyse a child’s or adolescent’s cognitive, educational, and emotional functioning. These assessments are crucial in identifying specific learning disorders, assessing school readiness, and understanding a student’s academic performance and emotional well-being. They are used to create targeted interventions that enhance a student’s learning experience and academic achievement.
